OWNER & MASTER STYLIST & DIMENSIONAL BRUNETTE SPECIALIST
Melanie is the heart and vision behind the salon, bringing both artistry and precision to every guest she sees. With years of experience and extensive advanced training from industry leaders such as Redken, Color Wow, Living Proof, Goldwell, 901 Salon, Bellami, and The Hairshop, Melanie has built a reputation as a master of her craft.
Though she loves all styles, Melanie is especially passionate about creating the perfect bob and unlocking the science of color. She also specializes in hair extensions, offering sew-in wefts, keratin tips, and i-tips, transforming hair with flawless, natural-looking results.
Outside of the salon, Melanie describes herself as introverted and a little nerdy. She finds joy in reading and spending time with her beloved dogs, Quincy, Kirby and Mr. Guac. Clients love her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and her ability to blend technical expertise with creativity to help them feel their absolute best.
Lexi
STYLIST & BLONDING SPECIALIST
As a natural blonde herself, Lexi has a true passion for working with blonde clients and understands the unique nuances of achieving and maintaining the perfect shade. Known for her detail-oriented approach, she takes the time to ensure every highlight, tone, and finish is seamless and radiant.
Lexi has trained with top names in the industry, including Redken, Color Wow, Jess Gold, and Bellami. She is also Master Certified in extensions and offers a variety of methods such as wefts, tape-ins, and keratin tips, giving her clients the ability to achieve the length and volume of their dreams.
Her clients adore her bubbly, friendly personality that makes every appointment fun and welcoming. When she’s not behind the chair, Lexi loves spending time with her fiancé, Richy, and their sweet pups, Tilly and Blue.
Caroline
STYLIST AND COLORIST
Caroline is an Athens local with a love for beauty, music, pop culture, and making people feel their absolute best. Her passion for hair started early through theater and creativity, and that artistic eye truly shines in her work. While blonding is definitely her specialty, she loves everything from fresh cuts to full transformations and special event styling. Beyond her amazing skills, Caroline has fit into the Hologram culture so effortlessly. She’s kind, welcoming, fun to be around, and already making such an impact on both our team and her clients. After work, Caroline likes to go home to her sweet husband and her adorable pup Cowgirl.
Ally
STYLIST AND LIVED-IN COLOR SPECIALIST
Ally is one of Hologram’s rising stars, bringing fresh skill and passion to every client she works with. A graduate of the prestigious Keune Academy, she has a strong foundation in advanced techniques and an eye for creating personalized, natural looks. She especially loves working with blondes and dimensional brunettes, and she has also completed master-level extension training in wefts.
Though she is introverted by nature, clients find her chair a calming and comfortable space where they can fully relax. Ally’s quiet confidence and technical expertise shine through in her work, making her a trusted choice for those seeking both creativity and precision.
When she’s not in the salon, Ally enjoys spending time with her energetic dog, Milo, who keeps life full of fun and laughter.
Emily
STYLIST
Emily brings a passion for continuous learning and growth to Hologram. With 5 years of industry experience, Emily loves her clients and treasures the relationships she’s built with them over the years while making them feel their most confident and beautiful. You might find her with an iced coconut vanilla latte in hand at the salon.
When she’s not at Hologram, Emily loves spending time with her husband, family and friends, baking, reading, walking, and listening to Crime Junkie.
Ellie
STYLIST & MAKEUP ARTIST
A recent licensed master cosmetologist, Ellie brings 5 years of experience in the hair and makeup industries, with a passion for exploring color and cuts. She also prioritizes continuous learning and growth. Even though she’s recently joined the team, Ellie has already been such a shining star at Hologram.
Outside of Hologram, Ellie loves cooking, creating content, modeling, traveling, and walking. She loves a loaded tea, too!
Maddie
SALON DIRECTOR
Maddie keeps Hologram running smoothly with her organization, leadership, and welcoming presence. Before joining the salon world, she honed her management skills in the bar and restaurant industry, bringing with her a strong background in hospitality and customer care.
Known for her sense of humor and approachable nature, Maddie makes clients and staff alike feel at ease. When she’s not managing the salon, you can usually find her with a good book in hand, diving into her love of reading.
